Carolyn Dodson has the distinction of being on of the first people in the country to demonstrate how to cook in the microwave oven. The year was 1957, when her home economics class at Wichita University was chosen to demonstrate Raytheon's first in-home microwave as it toured the United States. She has consulted for the Tupperware Company as has been making other appearances on national and syndicated celebrity talk shows, appearing with Regis and Kathie Lee. She has demonstrated in more than 300 microwave cooking segments on local and national cable television. Carolyn also has been featured on numberous radio shows and provides print copy for newspapers and magazines. She has lectured in France, Germany, Switzerland, England, Japan, Australia, HongKong, Canada, and Korea, as well as most of the 50 states.

There are also hundreds of helpful, time-saving tips and ideas-- even recipes for making massage lotion, lip gloss and even doggie cookies in the microwave.
