This is one of the most useful cookbooks I own. Being a busy mommy, I don't always have time to cook a gourmet meal but, by using the recipes in this book, I'm able to prepare a healthy restaurant quality meal with ingredients that I'm already familiar with in less time than it would take me to go to the store and buy frozen dinners. Best part is: the ingredients are FRESH, so the food is also very HEALTHY and GOOD!
There is a recipe for just about every cut of meat, as well as fish, homemade baked french fries, soups, pastas, breads, pancakes, and much more. My favorite recipes though are the ones that take the place of frozen or ordered out items, which would be much higher in fat, calories, and sodium.
This book is on a shelf with only a few other select cookbooks I've found over the years that I use all the time. You will love this book too.
